The smell of pumpkin bread baking instantly reminds me of family traditions. Growing up, fall always meant gathering in the kitchen. Our dad carving pumpkins while we watched and our mom baking something warm and sweet to enjoy together. For us, pumpkin bread was a fun treat, but this version with Sweet Drop streusel and glaze takes it to the next level.
Sunday Dinner’s Sweet Drop is our twist on a classic cinnamon sugar blend, with just a hint of cocoa for depth. When we sprinkle it into the streusel topping, it adds the perfect crunch and flavor contrast to the soft, spiced pumpkin bread beneath. The vanilla glaze is a little indulgence that makes this loaf holiday-ready. A treat that looks as good on a Thanksgiving table as it does next to a cozy cup of coffee on a quiet weekend morning.
This is one of those recipes that brings people together. Whether you slice it up for family breakfast, wrap it as a thoughtful gift, or serve it as a light Thanksgiving dessert, it’s more than just bread, it’s a way to share comfort and tradition. And trust me, once you make it with Sweet Drop, you’ll never go back to plain cinnamon sugar.
