Shrimp cooks fast, which makes it perfect for busy nights. Threaded on skewers, brushed with olive oil, and seasoned with Sunday Dinner’s Daily Ration, it goes from prep to plate in under 15 minutes.

Grilled or broiled, these shrimp skewers are smoky, garlicky, and a little zesty with a squeeze of lemon. They’re great as a main dish over rice or salad, or served as appetizers at a party.

It’s a recipe that proves fast food at home can still feel like something special.
