Roasted vegetables are the easiest way to make a side dish feel like the star of the table. Tossed in olive oil and seasoned with Sunday Dinner’s Daily Ration, they caramelize in the oven into something sweet, smoky, and savory all at once.

The beauty of this recipe is its flexibility. Whatever’s in season, broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, peppers, it all works. A sheet pan, a hot oven, and 25 minutes later, you’ve got a dish that pairs with everything from chicken to steak.
