There’s nothing quite like the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls baking in the oven. Warm, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, they’re a treat that instantly brings people together around the table.

Our Sweet Drop blend, our comforting mix of cinnamon, sugar, and a hint of cocoa, makes these rolls extra special. Instead of reaching for plain cinnamon sugar, Sweet Drop adds depth and richness to every swirl.

Perfect for a weekend breakfast, holiday brunch, or just because, these cinnamon rolls are easy enough to make at home but taste like they came from your favorite bakery. Bake a batch, drizzle them with glaze, and watch them disappear in minutes.

Tips

For a richer dough, swap half the milk for heavy cream.
Add chopped pecans to the filling for extra texture.
Make ahead: Assemble rolls the night before, refrigerate covered, then bake fresh in the morning.
Best served warm — reheat leftovers in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.

MAKE THE DOUGH: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Stir in warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

PREPARE THE FILLING: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, Sweet Drop, and brown sugar into a spreadable paste.

ASSEMBLE ROLLS: Punch down dough and roll into a 14x9-inch rectangle. Spread filling evenly over the surface. Starting on the long side, roll the dough tightly into a log. Slice into 12 rolls.

BAKE: Arrange rolls in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes while oven preheats to 350°F. Bake for 22–25 minutes, until golden brown.
