Some recipes are meant for making memories in the moment — and these Churro Waffles with Sweet Drop are exactly that. They’re the kind of breakfast that gets your kids excited to be in the kitchen with you, measuring, mixing, and (of course) coating the warm waffles in our cinnamon sugar blend. It’s sticky, messy, and fun in all the best ways.
The magic is in the finish. Once the waffles come out golden, you brush them with butter and roll them in Sunday Dinner’s Sweet Drop. The result? Crispy edges with that irresistible churro flavor, but in a form that’s easy to make at home. Add some chocolate sauce or dulce de leche for dipping, and suddenly breakfast feels like a party.
For us, these waffles are less about tradition and more about creating them. They’re a chance to slow down, make the kitchen smell amazing, and share something that feels special with the people you love. And honestly? The smiles and sticky fingers at the table are what make this churro waffle recipe unforgettable.
