This seasoning started at my dad’s kitchen table — a Vietnam vet who’s been blending spice mixes for decades and giving them away to family, friends, and neighbors just because he loves to share good food. His name’s Tom, and he’s proud of two things: his service and his flavor. What started as a humble kitchen staple has turned into a favorite “put-it-on-everything” blend — bold, garlicky, smoky, and complex in flavor.
It wasn't meant to sit in the back of a cabinet.
It was meant to live on the counter.
Now we’re bringing it to your table. Still made in small batches. Still generous in spirit. And when you cook with it daily, we make it easy to refill.
